RRA to converted a 17-story 1928 Emory Roth apartment building to multi-million dollar condominiums. The renovation included a ground floor level for lobby, a medical office plus seventeen floors for residential use. The client wanted to retain the pre-war fell of the existing building with modern high-end finished interiors and a two level penthouse with multilevel roof terraces.
