RRA was involved as interior design architect with BRSA in a pre-LEED pilot sustainability study that included, programming, design and selection of interior finishes. Built with the NYC Department of Design and Construction, the materials specified in the building included flyash concrete, low-VOC paints, renewable and recyclable carpet, rubber, linoleum and sustainable woods and fibers in both cabinetry and acoustical finishes.
